Maxwell Lake, looking west. The dam is on the right. It really is a lot of fun taking super-wide angle photographs (17mm lens/35mm film); the different perspectives available present new challenges and opportunities. April 2006.

Photo taken with my film camera, a Canon Elan IIe. Using this camera my 17mm lens truly is a wide-angle lens; on the Digital Rebel XT the same lens is 28mm (here's why: an explanation of FOV crop).
