Thanks to Freedom of Thought: June 10, 2003 Archives. The sign says: “one weekend a month my ass!”, which is the nominal duty requirement for US National Guard troops. In support of recent activities, they’ve been called to active duty not for a weekend a month, but rather for months at a time.
